Brendan Kashta, lovingly known as Brother Bes, is the Founder of Meditation Church, a non-denominational universal spiritual church devoted to Inner Peace, Union, and Soul Abundance. He is a Certified Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Life Coach, and Celebrant, as well as an Ordained Minister, whose life’s work centres on spiritual awakening, sacred service, meditation, community healing, and helping people cultivate a direct and living relationship with the Divine Presence within.
Of Caribbean heritage and descending from global spiritual lineages, Brendan has spent over two decades in devotional practice, meditation, spiritual study, and service. His personal spiritual foundation is rooted in Mystical Christianity, Kushite-Egyptian Mysticism (KEM), and Rastafari, while his wider ministry embraces Universal Spirituality, Ancestral Wisdom, Mindfulness, contemplative practice, and insights from modern science.
Through Meditation Church, Brother Bes shares a spirituality anchored in Love rather than division, encouraging people to discover the sacred presence within themselves while honouring wisdom wherever it is found.
